But I’m more curious about the people living in places like Bucaramanga, Pereira, Armenia, Manizales, Cali, Barranquilla, Santa Marta, Ibagué, or smaller towns around the Coffee Axis.

What do you miss from the bigger cities?
And what makes the smaller-city tradeoff worth it?

I feel like this is where the real Colombia budget conversation gets interesting. I'm all in for the Coffee-Axis, so I'm building my move plan all around it.
