A good rental in Colombia is not only about nice photos.
Before signing or sending money, try to verify:
The exact address and neighborhood
Noise at different times of day
Water pressure and hot water situation
Internet provider and actual speed
Building rules: visitors, pets, deliveries, short stays
Included furniture and inventory
Utilities and administration fees
Deposit and payment terms
Who handles repairs
Whether the person renting it has authority to do so
For furnished rentals, ask for a real inventory list. “Furnished” can mean fully equipped, or it can mean a bed, a couch, and three mystery plates.
Never send large payments before verifying the property and the person renting it. If something feels rushed, vague, or too good to be true, slow down.

Hello Ozzy g.
Greetings.
Do you offer services to help sell a real estate property in Bogota?
Possibly offering it to the expat community.?
Thank you for your response to this matter.
