Anyone else trying to build a business from another country?

Working remotely for a company is one thing. Trying to build something of your own while living abroad is a completely different emotional sport.

One week you feel brilliant.
The next week you wonder if you have made a terrible series of life choices.

There are so many little things people don’t talk about: figuring out payments, dealing with clients in different time zones, understanding local rules, deciding where the company should actually be based, finding trustworthy help, and trying not to turn every coffee shop into your office.

For anyone building a business abroad: what part has been harder than expected? Once I move I plan to open my Yoga studio in the Coffee-Axis, but I was wondering if I can start building the business from here.

Payments. Getting paid across borders sounds simple until fees, platforms, invoices, tax forms, and exchange rates all show up.
